He studied electrical engineering and information technology at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ), graduating with distinction. Expert in web, algorithms and mobile technologies. As co-founder of an ETH startup responsible for the implementation of customer projects in the areas of IoT, wearable devices, home automation, clinical trials, patient monitoring. CEO at Perspective Food since 03 2024, beginning his role as Head of Interfaces and Integration at Perspective Food 2020.

PROF. DR. IVO BLOHM

CO-FOUNDER

Prof. Dr. Ivo Blohm is Associate Professor for Information Systems and Business Analytics at the Institute for Information Management at the University of St.Gallen. He has studied Technology & Management at Technische Universität München (minor electrical engineering), where he also obtained a doctoral degree with distinction. He heads up several publicly and industry-funded research projects in the field of Big Data & Data Science, Crowdsourcing and Digital Innovation. His teaching at the University of St. Gallen focuses on the Big Data, Data Science and Business Analytics. He has worked together with companies such as BMW, VW, ProSiebenSat.1, Helsana, Axa, Geberit, PostFinance, Raiffeisen, Migrosbank, Migros Genossenschaftsbund and many more. Ivo Blohm has been ranked on place 40 (out of german-speaking 2854 researchers) in terms of research productivity. Besides, he is co-founder of two startups in the domains of agile transformation and predictive analytics.

Managing director, Chairman, founder and investor of various companies in the areas of financial business, life style, food. Appreciates strategic thinking, serious financial planning and customer-oriented company focus.

Dr Dieter Raebel

SALES AND STRATEGY

Dieter studied business administration in Regensburg and Augsburg and graduated with distinction from the University of Augsburg. After working in industry, most recently as commercial director of a medium-sized industrial company, he founded Delegate Software AG in Switzerland. As CEO, he led the company over several decades from its humble beginnings to become an internationally successful world market leader in software for communal catering. He then fulfilled a dream and leased a mountain hotel at over 2000 m, accessible only on foot or by bike. He developed it from a hidden gem into a popular insider tip. At Perspective Food, he looks after new markets, the possibilities of AI in retail and merchandise management and strategic customers.
